Friday, May 20th

12:00 - 5:00   White Birch Lodge check-in (call WBL (231) 264-8271 to make arrangements if you need to check-in after 5:00 pm)

12:00 – 6:00   *Tranquil Toes (Complimentary) & Massage Therapy– book in advance

7:00 – 7:45    Opening Session with Laura Matchett ERYT and Stephanie Lynn CYT
                          Introduction - Wellness Presenters, Teachers and Therapists

8: 15–9:30       Flow Slowly and Softly into a Peaceful Slumber, with Laura Matchett ERYT,                                    Leslie Simionescue ERYT, and Terri McDermott ERYT

Saturday, May 21st

7:00 – 7:30     Breathe into Zen, Meditation with Michael McCarthy ERYT

7:45 - 8:45      A Powerful Peace, Vinyasa Yoga with Laura Matchett ERYT
7:45 – 8:45     Adaptive Yoga Practice for Travel, Work, Injury, or a Chronic Condition
                           with Sue Keller ERYT

9:00 – 10:00  Breakfast

10:30 – 11:15    ­­­­ Exercise is Medicine, Wellness Presentation with Sports Medicine Dr. Matthew Jackson DO

11:30 -12:45      Practicing Power with Patience, Power Yoga with Steven Scutt ERYT

1:00 – 2:00     Lunch

2:00 – 3:00   Ayurveda, Discover your Dosha with Marti Jeffs CYT

3:30 – 4:45   Gentle Yoga and Meditation with Mary Ann Thibodeau ERYT

3:15 – 5:15       Contemplative Dance with Hughthir White  ERYT

~Free Time including dinner on your own (but most of us like to gather at Pearl’s)
 – Restaurant suggestions and information available in your rooms; downtown Elk Rapids is very nice, with shopping and a waterfront park – tennis/basketball courts and a walking path
